Equipment Problems

Call your service agent immediately should any of the following occur so they can determine if the equipment is safe for continued use;

• The hospital power supply or the x-ray system's circuit breaker trips.
• The c-arm or workstations controls fail to respond.
• The C-arm moves on its own ("uncommanded movement").
• The automatic dose control system appears to be faulty
• There is a drastic reduction in imaging quality.
• There is a burning smell associated with unit operation.
• There are snapping noises eminating from the x-ray tube during exposure.
• The system computer tells you to call service.
• There is an unexplained presence of fluids beneath the system.
• One of the components comes into collision.
• There are exposed electrical conductors.
