  3. Safety Interlocks (e.g. the Fast Stop switch),
  4. Electrical parameters, such as;
    • Cables,
    • Connectors,
    • Grounding continuity,
    • Line voltage regulation,
    • Power supply performance,
    • Battery and static-discharge performance,
  5. Ventilation (circuits and fans),
  6. Imaging chain performance, including
    • High and low contrast resolution,
    • Collimation and beam centering,
    • Auto-Technique tracking,
    • Dose Rate Calibration
  7. Testing compliance with Radiation Protection regulations, including;
    • kV accuracy (fluoro and radiographic (FILM) mode),
    • mAs Linearity (FILM mode),
    • Reproducibility,
    • Digital spot automated exposure parameters,
    • Half-Value Layer,
    • Patient Entrance Exposure (FILM and digital spot),
    • Digital Spot Back-up time,
    • Fluoroscopic Parameters, including;
      • Average and Maximum Skin Entrance exposure rates,
      • High and low contrast resolution,
      • Fluoro Timer,
      • Collimation,
      • Presence of separator cone (under Ontario regulations),
