- Injury or equipment damage due to improper movement (or accidental activation) of motorized components leading to collision,
- Injury or equipment damage due to equipment malfunction leading to uncommanded movement of the C-Arm and/or table,
- Injury or equipment damage due to fall or collision because of failure to engage essential locks or brakes,
- Injury due to trip and fall because of sub-optimal deployment of floor cables,
- Injury due to contact with flying debris as a result of video monitor implosion (if a Cathode Ray Vacuum tube is part of the room equipment),
